26-10-2009 - Can't take vitamins

My mood while writing this blog: so so

I can't take vitamins. Feel sick even thinking about golping down such a larg pill. How do you all do this? This is only the 2nd day in 3 months that I haven't taken one. I guess that isn't bad. I just can't force myself and have massive heartburn for the past 24 hours. Yuck! I don't feel like cooking. I don't feel like eating leftovers- one day I can eat something - no problem! Then next day - yuck! Makes me sick to look at. So silly - but so true.

I have our second US on Wednesday. Need confirmation that all is well. :-) I pray it is.

mrsjmickens1-Thanks for your comments as well. I did get a group of samples from them - and found one in that pile that was "normal" size! Amen. This will be day 2 that I have no issues taking these kinds. But I am sure it won't last -- it is a small sample but I will have to get it filled for sure!

jacquecmsu- Thanks for all the helpful hints and tips! I use to love flinstone vitamins and believe I could take those without issues! I see the calcium point - the chew are good huh? Interesting! I hate tums - I may have to learn to like them. Yucko! Thanks again ---

my ob gave me like 30 different sample packs to try out n see which one i could take cause i have NEVER been able to handle a vitamin. always made me throw up. then she also gave me rx for generic ones. which were actually normal sized pills. jus try a few different kinds. the ones i take is actually split intto 2 gelcaps. 1 is vitamin 1 is dha. goes down much nicer.
