10-12-2008 - The First Beat!!

My mood while writing this blog:
Ok

So today i went in for my first appointment, due to the fact that they rescheduled me last friday, so of course i was ready and excited to be there this mourning!:-) Ok yall, i have to be completly honest, it still hadn't hit me that im an Mommie-to-be! not until today! I think the reason why it hadn't hit me, is because of the horrible mourning, evening, and all night long sickness that i've been experiencing for the past month! All my mind has been on, since the moment that i found out i was pregnant, is making it to the second trimester! How selffish of me( I Know) i never took the time out to just say Thank U to my Lil One, Thank You for choosing ME to be your mommie! I realized that today when i heard his (and i say his, because we all just kno its a boy!) liltte heartbeat just pounding away, tears instantly begun to roll down my cheeks! I Love him for each and every 22lbs that i've lost this past month, for every meal that i've desperatly tried to enjoy and couldn't, for the one fainting episode that i had in walmart when i was all alone(which by the way is a funny story that my family share at my expense til this day,LOL) I Love him for the instant mood swings that i've been suffering from, which his daddy has felt the blunt of almost all!heheheee, I Love him, I Love him, I Love him! and i Thank God for this blessing, because he is nothing more and definetly nothing less! And with that being said, I have to say, What a strong heartbeat my little man has!!LOL, i told my bf, that we have a STUD on our hands!LOL His heart was beating 165bpm :-)! Im so happy, and so humble at this glorious time in my life! Thank You Lord! Thank U for my gift! I wish all u mommies, mommies-to-be, and TTC's the best of luck, and may god bless us all!;-) signing off: PROUD MOMMIE!

Aww congrats honey!!! I remeber the first time I heard my little one heart beat. Insted of crying like normal woman would do, I just cracked up laughing.....why I dont know I just thought it was soooooo funny...LOL! And till this day, when I hear her heart beat I still laugh. Anyway dont clame it to be a boy yet because I did the same thing and guess what......yeah turns out to be a girl! So dont get your hopes up like I did. LOL
