10-6-2009 - 37 1/2 week appt.

My mood while writing this blog: Nervous

Hey Ladies, ok i know i've never blogged about my appointments before, but due to the fact that im only 16 days away from my due date i figured i'll keep you guys posted on everything until my lil diva arrives!:-)

Ok, so i had my 37 1/2 week appointment today, and i got checked for the first time! and Wow, how uncomfortable!! But anywho, he said that im 1cm dilated and 90% effaced! He said im way ahead of schedule for a first time pregnacy! And with that being said, he thinks that i may have her no later then 38 1/2 weeks!! Which is a lil over a week away!! He also said when i go back for my appointment next wed. and get checked if i haven't made any changes from this week, then we can set a date for induction on either the 18th or the 22nd!! It was too much to take in ladies! I still have a hard time believing that im going to be a mommy!! So i can't lie, im Hella NERVOUS right now!! I hope she comes on her own, cause i want her to choose her own birthday, i don't want to be induced!:-( I really don't think i'll have to though, because she's been bouncing around down "there" for almost two weeks now, so she's ready to come! I just want her to wait on my mom to get here, and she's not coming until next wednesday. So hopefully my lil diva will hold off and make her Diva style entrance the true Diva way!Lol Alright ladies hope everyone is doing well and baby dust to all! Smooches!!
