30-6-2009 - 29 week checkup

My mood while writing this blog:
H A P P Y

Just got back from my 29week checkup and everything seems to be going well, Ive gained another 3 pounds since last visit...putting me at 142lbs :) I feel great!! all my weight is going straight to Xavier and he is now measuring 30 weeks instead of 29, still keeping the same due date cause things can always change.

Also, I went to go get my 3d ultrasound on Friday and lil stinker was being shy.....he didn't want to show us his face and was covering it with his hands and feet the whole time, we only got one good picture of him..so their going to let us do a rescan and go back on Monday. Hopefully then he will let us see his precious little face =D He looked pretty chubby already...it was so cute! Once I get those pics I will put them up for you guys can see him :)

On another note.....I had my baby shower this past Saturday and man was it HOT!!!! I really had a good time though and got tons of stuff, I am so thankful for having such great family and friends! It felt so good to be able to start putting stuff away in Xaviers room, & I think it hit me even more that its getting closer to that time. I am so anxious and yet very excited, I can hardly wait to meet him. No its time to let the shopping begin!!!!!! I will be getting my bedding set soon and I will post pics up of Xaviers room as soon as I set up the bedding.

Just wanted to give everyone an update on how Xavier & I are doing........Hope all of you and your lil ones are doing just as great. take care & k.i.t :)

Very Cool! We got our 3D scan yesterday, and he kept putting his hands up by his face..our little men are boogers! So cute though!!

Thats great! At my 28 week appt, the doctor told me that I was measuring 30 weeks. I for sure thought that I was eating way to much!! But I went to the doc yesterday my almost 30 week appointment and she said I was measuring right on time. I thought that was weird. But everything was fine, her heartbeat was strong. I as well can't believe that she will be here in about 10 weeks. Time flew by sooo fast. Take care of yourself.

Glad to hear things are going well and your boy is growing healthy. I had my shower on Saturday too! Happy to hear you enjoyed yours and got awesome stuff.
