just a quick update on how i am doing at 31 weeks of pregnancy i felt pretty great upto a few days ago and the last few days i have been getting hot sweats/flushes mainly at night also my feet are beginning to swell now so i am trying to rest as much as i can but it can be hard i hate sat there doing nothing lol! apart from that am not feeling to bad

i get sooooo hot at night too...my skin actually feels like it's on fire lol! my feet are a bit swollen too...ah the 3rd trimester!!!!
