Well, we had our big ultrasound on Thursday June 12 and it was truly amazing! We got to see our little......girl, and it was so much fun. We saw her drink some fluid a couple times it was so cute. We almost didn't get to find out her sex because she was laying there with her legs tightly closed and crossed at the ankles (my sister in law said hopefully she'll keep this position when she gets older lol!). The tech got all the measurements she needed and the gender was the last thing we were waiting on. We started getting disappointed because we so badly wanted to know. The tech had me lay on my left side for a few minutes, she wouldn't move. Then she had me lay on my right side, she would'nt move. The tech kept jabbing at my tummy to try to get her to move and she wouldn't! Finally, right before we were going to have to leave she told me to sit straight up and she then said "Are you ready?" and showed us her girl pieces and announced it's a girl! We couldn't be happier. Of course all we wanted is a healthy baby but we are happy to have a baby princess. I don't feel completely out of the clear yet though cuz we didn't really get any results. She said the doc has to read them and then send them to my ob, but she said she didn't see anything suspicious so that's good. I just can't believe it we are really going to be parents. Its even more real now!

Congratulations!! We are having a little girl too!! Lila Ann!! She was being stubborn at first too and was sitting on her feet and wouldn't move them until the very end!! We were starting to get sad too and the ultrasound tech was like I'm pretty sure it's a girl but if she would just move her legs I could see for sure and then all of a sudden WOOO she flung them open and the tech was like OH Its DEFINATELY a girl!!!! It was soo exciting. Have you thought of any names yet??
