10-8-2009 - update on me & robyn

My mood while writing this blog: happy

Hi folks, I jst thought it was about time I wrote a wee update on me & Robyn as Iv not been on in a while!

Robyns now 8 & a half months & shes doin really well with her solid foods. She actually prefers solids 2 her milk now!! She has a bowl of porridge in the mornin, which I use part of her 7oz bottle to make, then she has the rest of the bottle. At lunch she has half a stage 2 hipp organic jar & a petite filous, & I also give her some baby juice. At dinner she has half a stage 2 hipp organic sweet jar & some juice. Before bed she has a 7oz bottle. She has some snacks in between feeds, which is usually some finger foods, she loves being able to feed herself & is doin great with it!!!!

Shes not crawling yet, although I dont think it will be 2 much longer until she starts. She runs around the room in her baby walker now & if you hold her hands she takes wee steps lol!! I think she mite even skip the crawling & start walkin 1st lol!!!!

She was weighed last wed & was 15lbs 11oz, the health visitor said she is exactly where she should be on her growth chart so am really pleased about that! I think shes just gonna be petite, like her mummy!!! :)

So onto me, thats me now back at work, went back on 3rd June. Its been fine so far, although Iv been off on hols a few times, wot with the wedding & lack of babysitter (my mum was on holiday herself) This will be my 1st full month back, so ill c how I get on from here on!!!

Me & my "new husband" finally got married on 1st Aug 09. It was a long time coming lol!! We had actually booked our wedding 2yrs ago & then I fell pregnant, but we decided to go ahead with all our plans anyway!! We had such a great day, I wish we could go back & do it all again lol!!

So its been a busy couple of years & now its time to relax I think! Were all goin on a wee family holiday to Spain in Nov so really lookin forward to that.

I hope everyone else is enjoyin there babies as much as me :)
