15-10-2008 - 6 Weeks left and counting

My mood while writing this blog: Okay

Hi all

Had my 34 week check up today and everything is looking good, most importantly no glucose in my wee so have dodged the glucose tolarance test for now.

I feel like a human pin cushion had my second anti d injection today. She also took my blood for testing as the nurses couldn't fit me in until next Wed, even she was shocked by my rash as it covers the whole of my belly and boobs, she said its probably nothing but doing liver function checks just in case.

Bubba is decided to go breech again so have a leaflet of hints to get him pointing in the right direction, really don't want a c-section, she's not too worried but if he is still breech at our next appt (37 weeks) we'll be off to the hosptial for the to try and turn him failing that i'll be going under the knife (wonder if they do tummy tucks at the same time lol). Just want him out healthy and as pain free as poss.

We're up the hosptial again next Thur for a scan and Fri for the consultants appt so fingers crossed that will be it for the hosp until labour day but have a feeling bubba is going to be a pain and not play ball. Anyone know how to buy shares in the hosp carpark spent a small fortune there so far.

I'm so jealous that my 2 friends have had their baby boys already and they wern't small 8lb 12.5oz by (c-section) and 9 lb 15oz (natural and 21 hours in labour) all I can think of is ouch but they both say every second was worth it. All are well and i'm looking forward to meeting them soon.
