I just wanted to let everyone know that I spoke with the doctor and a nurse and they said moms that are breastfeeding children under 6 months should NOT get the nasal vaccine for H1N1, they don't know if it is safe because it contains a live virus. Nursing moms should only get the shot. If you go to a clinic for the vaccine and tell them you are getting it because you have a newborn, they DO NOT ask if you are a nursing mom, so be sure to tell them so you don't get the wrong thing.
