I feel your pain....my baby is the same way...heres a suggestion....while doing housework bring your baby in the room you will be cleaning and put her in a bouncer seat or lay a thick blanket on floor with some rattles/toys and sing to her to let her know you havent forgot about her...move her from room to room with you as you go but make sure to change up the scenery because babies get bored....like in one room put her on blanket next room bouncer seat....does she have a highchair? if so, put her in it while you work in the kitchen and put a few toys on the tray.....talk to her or sing to her too. me and my daughter co-sleep so i sleep when she sleeps.....good luck and keep trying different things, eventually you'll find something that works for the both of you...

You should reach out and ask someone for help. Try and get a friend or family member to come over, even for an hour, to give you a break from her. If you get really frustrated, to the point that you feel like you cant handle it anymore, feel free to leave her to cry. Its better to let her cry than to lose control out of frustration. Take care!
