05-6-2009 - TTC Survey (Our 1st cycle) Here is to child # 2

TTC SURVEY, Our First month of TTC since our 17 month old daughter has been born! TRYING FOR # 2 :

All the ladies in my friends network were blogging this survey to me, so I figured, I rarely blog, let me get in on this blogging stuff, it seems fun : )

1.Name of the future mummy to be? Dana Rose

2. Name of the future daddy to be?: Adam Lee

3. How long have the future parents been together? We met in December 2002, Got engaged in March 2006, and married in February 2007.

4. When did you start trying to conceive?: MAY 2009 (this is our first month TTC again)!

5. What is the hardest part of T.T.C?: HAVING NO PATIENCE, I HATE THE 2WW, AND THE WHOLE STRESS OF WONDERING IF WE ARE PREGNANT! I JUST WANT IT TO HAPPEN SO FAST, I NEED TO BE MORE PATIENT.

6. What does the future mommy want to have?: We have a 17 month old girl, FIRST we want healthy and happy, and I actually would be happy with a boy or a girl! Either one is a huge blessing to us!

7. What does the future daddy want to have?: Healthy, but I actually think he wants another girl! AWWWWWW

8. Is there a certain month or season you'd like to have the baby in?: I know I do not want to carry a baby in my third trimester in the summer. I liked giving birth to Lia in January, that was a nice time.

9. What are you looking forward to most when you finally conceive?: Making a sibling for Lia, I think she will be such a great big sister. Also having that baby bump is fun too : )

10. What has been the best thing about the T.T.C. process? Making sweet lovin' with my papi, or as we call it, BD'ing

11. Pick out any names yet, for when the big day comes? Well if it is a boy, definitely probably Jake. My DH likes the name Sara for a girl.

12. Do you use Ovulation Tests?: NO, just over 2 years ago when we first started TTC Lia, I bought the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor for like 100 bucks. I NEVER got the chance to use it cause we were lucky enough to conceive her after only trying for 2 cycles. But I will use it next cycle if I didn't conceive this month. It is one of those monitors that I really have to dedicate alot of time to though. I gotta pee every morning starting the 1st day of my AF, up until the next AF. This machine tells you what your most fertile days to BD are and stuff so We'll see if I get to use it this time!

13. What does the future daddy do to help you with T.T.C. process? He is just very sensitive to all my feelings and knows when I need him to be there for me! He is very supportive and cute through the whole TTC journey! I can't wait to go through another pregnancy with him.

14. How long do you plan on continuing the T.T.C process?: As long as it takes to conceive another blessing. Hopefully we conceive quick. PLEASE LORD!

15. Have you had your pre-conceiving physical?: No, I take my prenatal vitamins though! Hmmmm what should I have done for a physical? I feel healthy enough : )

16. Have you started buying some baby stuff?: No, I am always buying stuff for Lia though, so I think I would be looked at like a freak if I did. My family would be like what the hell is your problem. HaHa

19. How many children would you like to have?: 2 definitely, 3 and 4 is a maybe, and 5 probably not, but you never know!

20. Any books that you've read that have been helpful?: I read all the week by week pregnancy books. I like to know what my body is going through as the weeks go on!

21. Have you made any BIG changes in your life to help you conceive? I take my prenatal vitamins and I try to go for lots of walks and exercise.

22. Have you abstained from alcohol and drugs? Yes, I do not drink or smoke, but I do drink coffee still, and if I find out I am preggers, I will cut the coffee to only about 8 oz's a day. Right now I am still drinking on average, about 24 oz's a day!

23. Are you healthy enough to be pregnant?: I sure do hope so, I feel healthy!

24. Do you really think you're ready to be a parent?: Yes, we already have a wondeful baby girl Lia. She made us the happiest people on earth. Another baby would add to that happiness.

25. So if you unfortunately do not conceive, then what?: I will not give up! EVER, unless a doctor tells me I can't. I don't even want to think about not being able to conceive again.

17. Will you consider In-Vitro or any other type of Infertility medicine?: Not Sure!18. What things do you do to check for when your fertile?: This month was our first month of TTC so I kept it simple, I only looked for CM, I did not check BBT or CP, but if we aren't preggers this month I will chart everything next month and try a little harder : ) With Lia the second month of trying was our lucky month. So if no luck this cycle, I will do everything I did with Lia and hope for a July BFP.

I don't know why question 17 and 18 jumped down to the bottom of my blog. I tried to edit it and it did not save for whatever reason! HMMMMMMMM
