Hi everyone.... Hope you all are well. :) My little boy will be 9mnths friday and i just want to get more info or just some advise. My little one is still not crawling, he doesnt like tummy time at all. He doesnt even want to lie on his tummy, he throughs fits and cries. We tried to put toys in front of him, but that will distract his attention for a few minutes and then if he cant reach it he starts screaming.... He doesnt even try to pull himself up or anything :( The only thing he does the whole day is sit and mommy and daddy must pick his toys up if it rolled away..... He was born early (33weeks) but there was nothing wrong with him... He didnt go to NICU he came straight to me. So his lungs was 100%.... Please give me some advise..... or some encouragement :) Hope that he is just a bit slow and that there is nothing wrong with him. Thank you everyone xxx

Sounds just like my lil one. He was 10 months on the 14th...and he STILL is not crawling. Rather he is scooting across the floor on his butt. Ha Ha!! He is showing alot of interest in walking he will push stuff around once I stand him up. Does your lil guy roll over....cause mine refuses too :( hmmpph Stubborn boys!

he may just be one of them babies that walks before they crawl?? try holding his hand and walk around the house and maybe if that helps you can just get himwalking before crawling.

Hi there ~ my little Pollyanna is 10 months and still doesn't roll or crawl. She does get quite frustrated when she wants to move or reach something. I have been advised to not give her everything and allow her the chance to figure out ways of moving herself..but to be honest it doesn't work for us as she just ends up crying her eyes out!! However, a mum we go swimming with started ignoring her little girl in these situations and withing the week she was crawling......at every group we go to she is the ONLY one that isn't mobile. Others tell me that I should feel lucky as life is easier!! Pollyanna does love to walk holding onto us or her walker but she isn't pulling herself up at all. Maybe our little ones are just developing mentally at the moment and the physical stuff will come. It fascinates me why most do crawl and why the minority don't, but I know they all level out soon anyway. I don't think that there is anything wrong with our babies, seriously don't worry. The worst thing anyone can do is compare babies to each other.
