27-10-2009 - 26 weeks

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

So I went to the dr. yesterday for my monthly check up. I had to do the glucose test, so I drank that yummy crap they make you drink. I was walking out the door to get to the dr. office, and yaked all that stuff up. So I have to do it again. YUK!!!! I will do it in two weeks when I go get my rogan (I think thats what its called) shot. They told me I have an umbilical hernia, which is why my belly button hurts. Will probably have surgery after he is born. And I'm having some pretty strong BH contractions. So dr. said if it doesn't stop by this week she wants me to work from home for the remaining time. That would be nice to be home with the dogs, spend time with them before the baby comes. And I wouldn't have to drive in the snow, I think we are going to have a bad winter this season. We are supposed to get 6-12 inches tomorrow. CRAZY! Hope all of you ladies are doing great. I am for sure PG now, no hiding it, and he moves all the time. As soon as I forget that I'm expecting I get a jab somewhere. LOL :-)

I'm having the glucose test in about a week and everyone is telling me how AWFUL the drink is. I'm so sorry you have to drink it AGAIN! Pretty funny that you yacked it up though (although I'm sure it wasn't funny at the time!). I can't imagine what it would be like to live in snow!
