Shell is suffering from nausea alot at the moment but I'm proud of her because she's doing her best to get on with it and not let the nausea bring her down too much. I'm sure that come the second trimester (that's only a month away - how quickly time has passed already!) the nausea will ease, if not going away completely, for a while and Shell will feel better and be able to enjoy being pregnany again. That's what happened with Sarah although Shell was suffering from very bad hyperemesis at the time. I'm so glad she hasn't got that this time round. We didn't really know if she would get it again or not because what we read about it didn't really make it clear whether it would come back. Fingers crossed that it stays away for this pregnancy.

In the meantime we'll keep our eyes open for recommended ways to help keep nausea at bay!
