08-1-2009 - 21 Week Scan

My mood while writing this blog: Really thrilled

Today we had our 21 week scan, we did find out the sex...and we are both thrilled!!!!!

The bubba did lots of wriggling and wouldnt keep still, the sonographer was really nice she was tryin to get some good pics of bubba's profile but bubba wouldnt stay still, but im still pleased with the pics we got! I cant wait to see my lil one again at the 30 week scan, 9 weeks away! Im still so far away from meeting my bubba!!

Unfortunately the hyperemesis has shown no sign of easing although im craving more, and my appetite isnt as bad as it was. Im soo huge now, i got a proper pregnant bump, and im a hell of a lot bigger than when i was pregnant with Sarah...im not much bigger than when i was full term with Sarah!

I cant believe how much this baby is kicking me, even Gavin can feel some of the kicks, bubba only decides to get active in the evening tho or when im trying to get to sleep! The SPD i had last time is back although i knew i would get it again, i cant say im looking forward to it getting worst..I was on crutches last pregnancy and expect it will be the same this time, it doesnt help cos i have quite bad scoliosis and as a result my hip are very out of alignment (2 inches, last time). Trying to fight to get the right birth for me is hard though because the doctors on nhs arent very sensitive to this prob!

I cant wait until my next scan...9 weeks and counting!!
