| 20-1-2009 - My Measurements are HUGE!! | My mood while writing this blog:ok |
My midwife has measured my fundal height as 29 cm and as im only 22 weeks I should be 22 cms (give or take 2 cms) But 29!! OMG IM HUGE!! even the midwife says im big!!
Unfortunately I have managed to acquire another infection but this time a uterine infection, still I guess at least its not another UTI, I was getting bored of doing pee samples.
We have finally decided on the name for our lil boy, Joshua Anthony Stevens (the middle name is after my late grandad) and Joshua because it was a name that we both liked!! I have had grief over it already because one of my acquaintances son is named Josh, but like I said to her, she does not have exclusive rights to the name and our children will NEVER meet! We have decided that we like that name and that is all that matters as it is our child!
My SPD has got very bad now and im seeing physio regularly and have my crutches, we knew this was coming it was just a case of when it would start but the good news is that I have been agreed the c-section if I need it. But personally I would rather the induction at 37 weeks as c-section has a much longer recovery time.
We have decided that this time round after the baby is born we will be very restrictive to visitors, as last time I felt very out of control with the visitors coming (when I wasnt in a fit state to see ppl and didnt want visitors). I am going to be a lot more assertive as well because with Sarah, she was like a bloody pass the parcel and I just didnt feel in control of my own child which I feel lead to my PND. So this time I call the shots, I hold my own baby and will not be pressured in to handing him over and am certainly not making any special visits to show off the new baby!
My hyperemesis has eased quite a lot now and fingers crossed it stays that way, although I have been warned it will come back in the last trimester!
