03-9-2008 - Dr. apt: September 2, 2008 + Update

My mood while writing this blog: Happy and just waiting for next apt.

Went to the doctor yesterday, Tuesday. My blood pressure is still crazy at the doctor’s office. I still take it at home and all is well when I take it with my machine. So, the Doctor asked me to come back next Tuesday with my blood pressure machine and see if the reading they have at the office matches up with my machine. If not then they will put me on a low dosage of blood pressure meds. What ever I have to do I will do for my baby. Other than that all is well. I did not catch how much I gained this past month but when I go back next week I will be sure to look. I just wasn’t paying attention. (I was reading something on the wall). Baby’s heart beat was great! He kicked at the doctor when she put that thing on my belly. She gave me a kick chart and told me I need to make an apt with the anesthesiologist soon. Something, else to add to my to-do list. I drank that nasty glucose drink and they took my blood an hour later. No news is good news so I pray it comes out like last time, no diabetes.

UPDATE: Made apt with anesthesiologist for 10/16. I will pre-register at the hospital on 9/16. My first Child Birth class is set for 9/23 and it will run every Tuesday for 5 weeks. Busy, busy lady these days. Baby Isaiah moves even more it seems. Allot of strong kicks and when I look down he makes allot of visible waves on my tummy. Just love him!! Baby room is almost finished. My mother wants to buy me a changing table so once I get it, the room will be complete. Well almost. It won’t be fully complete till baby comes : ) When it is time and he is ready of course.
