12-6-2009 - Isaiah Update 06/12/2009

My mood while writing this blog: Great

Isaiah went to the doctor yesterday for 6 month check up! He is 28 weeks old now. He is weighed in at 19lbs and 26 ½ inches long. He received his shots and such. The doctor said that he is tall for his age but his weight is proportionate to his height. He is not a chunky baby by no means, I think it may be because he moves constantly. Defiantly like he was in the womb, in constant motion. He is doing really well….He crawls and pulls up to stand. He loves being in the walker…anything as long as he can stand. He does a lot of amazing things. He is very strong. He eats baby food 3 times a day and really has no desire for much milk but drinks about 18oz a day. Doctor said that is normal. He drinks from a sippy cup and sometime I just put milk in that. He still says mama, mom, pa, and da. And make a lot of noise. He still also sleeps 10hrs a night. He just brightens my day and I just fall in love with him over and over every time he smiles at me J I love being a mom and I don’t remember life without him. My husband has been talking about when we should try again for another and I have finally reached the point where I think I am ready to think about the concept. Maybe sometime next year we can begin again…not too sure. I am hoping for another job opportunity to come open that I have applied for and depending if I get the job, I will put the idea off longer to extend our family.

Sorry I have been forgetting about posting his pictures from when I got them done at 4 ½ months J but I did recently post 2 from when he was around 5 months old. I plan on getting his pictures done again in July. Time just flies!!

Please pray for my friend … she has been trying to get pregnant for a little over a year and now she is pregnant!! She had a lot of problems because she could not ovulate. I just pray that everything continues to go great for her she really deserves it J
