The other day I had the campy feeling ut achy lower back I dont know if I overdid it or if its just part of the process of our bodies trying to get ready!

I normally feel like that the last month or two. I didn't with my first baby, but it seems to get worse with each baby I have. And it gets worse the more I stay on my feet. You can't exactly sit on the couch all day with 3 kids running around the house, can you? But I really do think you're describing the same thing that I've felt. :-)

Sounds totally normal! As baby settles down ready for labor that starts. With my DD my hips also got loose and felt like they were coming apart or something. It's to shift and make some room

Could it be the Braxton Hicks (sp?) thing starting? I wouldn't worry about the hip thing though, in my experience that's normal. If the achiness starts to be consistant, then worry - like start noticing when it happens and time it. If you get concerned, it doesn't hurt to phone labor and delivery and let them know what is going on and get their opinion. My motto is to err on the side of caution, rather bug the nursing staff and make sure all is well, then not;-)

So for the past couple days, i have had a strange feeling about once a day...ill have a feeling like "im getting my period" cause i feel sorta crampy/achy...ya know, like right before you get your period, before you get real cramps, you feel plain achy...Im having that feeling right now....i keep telling myself "maybe you have to go #2" or something....
Also this morning when i woke up, my hips felt very weird, like loose/relaxed...and just a few minutes ago after going "pee" i felt the same loose feeling in my hips....
Im trying not to freak out, cause I have never had these strange feelings before, that I can remember...My next OB visit is Wednesday morning, I am also scheduled for another ultrsound to check growth...
Anyone know what these strange feeling may be? Please help ease my mind...LOL
