So based on this.. I am 37 weeks and should be expecting Joel before the end of the year?!?! I am so confused as to why my midwife says that my due date is January 26-29th based on the second ultrasound I had done. Is it because Joel is small? And because I am measuring behind? My measuring size doesn't change when I had my last period! It doesn't change the fact that I only had sex once during the month of April -yeah I know it's sad.. but we had a really sick puppy :( and I just wasn't feeling in the mood. Also the time that we did 'do it' was when we were in Panama City for a couple days.. those dates are 2 days before my "conception date". I had thought that a pregnancy was 'full term' 40 weeks from conception and full term 42 weeks from last period.. when actually.. it's 38 weeks from conception and 40 weeks from last period. Thats why I thought my due date was January 11.. I was counting 40 weeks from my conception date. 38 weeks would have Joel due around the end of the year. I'm glad that I am seeing a new dr next week.. I'm further than I thought and I need to get settled with the whole dr thing!
