Rhyannan-Skye-River-Fox`s birthstory

I was scheduled for a cesarean section due to the size of my baby. I was supposed to be there by 6:30pm (which I was) in order to be operated on by 8:30p. I was so nervous. Doctor kept coming in to delay the procedure since there were 2 other emergency c-sections that came up. I was so nervous I was getting sick. Finally at about 10:30p they walked me back to the OR to get the spinal block. Then I laid down and waited for my husband to get back into the room from getting dressed in his scrubs. Time went by like days. I was so afraid that I was shaking. Finally my husband came in and they started. The operation itself although scary was not bad at all, a lot less painful than I had imagined. Then finally she came out. I heard a big cry, then another and another. I was so happy she was here, strong lungs and a beautiful face. I was so eager for them to put me back together so I could hold her!! FInally they wheeled me in to the recovery room and I got to see her up close. I know I am biased but she is the most beautiful baby girl ever!!! THe recovery is still going on and has been much harder than any vaginal birth I have had but my baby girl is so worth every second of it!!!!!
