Sage-Leigh-Marie-Harris`s birthstory

I am now officially not pregnant. I went into labor on 4/14; my water broke 20 min before my scheduled weekly doctor app. I was not a whole lot of fluid. It looked and felt like I had just peed on myself. When I arrived at my doc and told her I was leaking she said let`s check. And low & behold my water broke and I was 2 cm. dialated. My doc was so calm though. She said go home, grab ur bag, call hubby, please get something to eat and b at t the hospital by 5pm. Got there, was induced at 6:20 pm, had my epidural at 12:30 am, was 10 cm. at 5:30 and started pushing round 6:45 . . . . a couple of pushes later and at 7:05 am I finally saw the face of my daughter & she is beautiful !!!
Now the labor part was kind of rough. After I started getting Pitocin i started contracting, and yes it got stronger & stronger. I even tried another drug b4 the epidural. can`t remember the name of it but it was suppose to help me sleep and take the edge off. It worked for like an hour and then wore off. That is when the epidural came into play and it was the best thing ever !!

And now my baby girl is finally here !!!!
This is where the real job of parenting kicks in and the fun begins :-)
