Ceidy-Le-Mejia`s birthstory

I had a sweep done on wensday November 25, 2009 6 day before my due date Monday December 1st, I was 1-2 cm and very soft, and ended up getting intense pain right after that. when waiting for my hubby to pick me up the pain would get worse every 10 minutes and not stop. I had to go to L&D that night which was Thursday at 3:30 in the morning on Thanks Given Day, because it was so bad and not lightening up at all, and found out it was back labor pain that i was having. After that i went to 2 cm but stopped opening up, with still intense pain and contractions every 2 to 5 minutes, the doctors had to give me an ambient to go to sleep at home. I woke up that same day at 2:30 with still the pain but at least i could mange them, but i could not do the hole thanks given thing, because my back was still hurting and sore, so i stayed home with hubby and ordered some chinesse food which was good. I ended up losing my mucus plug around 5pm. Then i could not fall asleep that night until 3 or 4 am because i was so uncomfortable .then woke up the next day November 27 around 8 or 10 in the morning and was still discharging a lot. went back to bed then woke up again around 2:30 - 3:00 pm to a pop with more discharge, the first layer of my water broke. went back to L&D and had to be induced because i was not dilating fast enough and was over an hour with my water broken. They had to pop the second layer to the bag. Then it took me 9 hours to go to 10 cm which was at 1:35 in the morning of November 28, and less than an hour to push her out at 2:23. I guess you can say the sweep worked for me.
