Abby-Dell`s birthstory

Well I had to be induced. I was tol dto be at the hospital at 6am on April 22,2008. There were already 4 women at the hospital waiting to deliver so we had to be put in the holding room until there was a room ready for us. Well at 8am they took me into my labor room at 8:25 they started the pitocin I was already dilated to 4 and 50%effaced! The Dr broke my water at 8:50 and 9:05 I was having contractions every 2 min!!! Well I handled the pain as long as I could so I asked for something they told me the dr was going to do an epidural on the women next to me it would be 15 min and he would be in so asked if I could hold out on him and not get a shot of any pain med I agreed. It was 45 min later he went in to do the other womens epidural so finally an hour later I finally got mine!! Well the nurse checked me at 12:15 I was dilated to 6 she was about to walk out of the room and I told her I could feel alot of pressure so she checked me again and I was dilated to 9!! In 4 min!! I pushed for about 45min to get her to crown and then she was coming on her own the dr about didnt make it on time!! HE got there put his gloves on and she was out!! I only pushed 2 times and there she was my BEAUTIFUL baby girl!! Abagail Louise `Abby`!! Everything went wonderful!!
