Lauren-Sheyenne-Sweatt`s birthstory

I was induced on July 3rd. I was to be at the hospital at 5pm on the 3rd for them to give me cervidil and the following morning they induce with pitocin. Everything went as planned up to this point until at 4 cm dialated i was screaming for an epideral, They came in to give me one and it took them 3 tries UGHHH you talk about painful....then I felt some releif for a little while until I started noticing I could still feel the contractions and they were getting alot more painful. My Doctor checked me and i had dialated 8 cm and I was in a lot of pain, they said only half of my body took the epideral, something called a `hot spot`. So I kept on dialated the full 10 and began pushing, I pushed for 1 hour and the doctor said her head wasn`t coming down so we had to do a c-section. I was actually happy it was all about to be over, until I`m laying on the or table and they gave me this thing called a `spinal block` It numbed me from the chin down therefore I couldnt move my neck, couldnt talk, I didn`t feel like I could breathe, It was the scariest thing I had ever experienced. Even though I had sort of a rough delivery, the outcome is amazing! My daughter was worth every single moment of fear pain anxiety ect... My daughter Lauren Sheyenne Sweatt made her arrival that night at 5:39 and I have been the happiest woman in the worls since.
