I had a very easy vaginal delivery with an epidural that did not work- but you know what I made it through and it wasn't as bad as what I thought.

We were watching a movie at home (American Gangster) and about half way through I stood up to go to the rest room and my water broke. I was two days overdue so I was really glad. We waited about an hour and then left for the hospital. We so excited that we left our packed bags, my purse, cell phone and our camera at home. So after I got settled in we called my parents and had them bring everything we had left behind!!!

From the time my water broke until she was born was about 10 hours. I had no complications or stiches or tears I was very lucky.... the doctor didn't think my labor was going to go very fast so at one point I had to hold off pushing until he got there and that was the worst part of it all was not being able to push.

I cannot describe to you the feeling of accomplishment you have after you give birth and how much you just automatically love that little person....it is absolutely the most amazing thing you will ever do!!!
