3 hours before I had to go in....

I got the call to come in for my induction at 6:30 am and around 8:00 am I received the potocin. After that I felt some pain from the contractions, and they were every 2-3 minutes. I also had a cold, and all stuffed up.( of all days right.?) My pain was getting more annoying due to the contractions and me feeling lousy with the cold. I kept thinking about the epidural but try to wait it out. My doctor was going to Break my water around 10:00am but as he was about to do it, Gianna Moved over.lol so he waited to 10:30-11:00 so her head can be there and down. So after that I waited till 12, I think to get my epidural, ladies I was tired and tired of feeling the pain, with dealing with her balling up and contracting since 28 weeks, I thought I had enough and Just get the epidural so I can relax. LADIES REMEMBER WITH DEVYN IT TOOK 4 TIMES, WITH HER ONLY ONCE whoo hooo! I told him before he did it, "can we get it on the first try" lol....I stayed at 4cm for a while and it seemed like I would never get to the pushing stage and anxious to meet her. I ended up throwing up and I asked hubby to hurry up to get me something to do it in. The crazy thing was how you feel the nausea feeling like you have to throw up, I got the feeling LATE due to the numb feeling in my stomach. I threw up 2x's!!!! not that much just really not much..good thing though. My doctor came back in to check and I told him what happened and I was still at 4cm, so he asked me to sit up and turn a little, and 2 hours later I felt alot of pressure and the heart monitor wire moving that goes on the babies head..so I told hubby I think she is closer and coming down..he says your ok just relax your probably 5cm..I say GENO "hit the nurse button" he says you don't have to yell..lol Ladies the contractions was kicking in and I could feel everything. So my doctor came in and said wow 9cm-10 but he said it low where I said "huh" all I seen my doctor do was take off his lab coat and the nurses turn on the heater and got Gianna's covers ready under the heater. I was so happy and anxious to push and meet her!! I told hubby.."yeah i was 5 cm huh, im ok just relax." he smiled and I said "told you she was getting closer and I feel her more" So I pushed like 9 times but felt like i was pushing in my face and try hard to focus and push down there, hubby was so supportive and helped me along the way...and at 2:08pm My beautiful daughter Gianna Michelle arrived!
When I looked at her for the first time, all I could think was "wow your beautiful"!!! she was just perfect and nothing could change that. I love her so much and to have a daughter finally after two sons I never thought I would have one.
Its the best feeling in the world!
