Julianna-Paige`s birthstory

So at about 4:17am on Friday i felt a little gush of fluid nothing bad so i wiped and went to bed b/c it stopped. After that i was getting mild contractions and did really think anything of it until around 6am where the contractions were really strong. I called my doctor and her said that i should go in to ge checked. I called my mom b/c i did want it to be a flse alarm and to get matt out of work 4 nothing so she took me. When we go in i was checked and i was 8cm dialated (i was 5 in the office before) and i also had buldging membranes. Labor was pretty consistant but my contractions wernt lasting long at all..as the hours went past i was hurting for the contractions b/c i was exhusted from them. So the doctor gave me newbane and i passed out for an hour (newbane only last for an hour the dose they gave me b/c they said i wasent in `full labor`) So 5 hours later the midwife finnally came in and told me that she called my doctor and said that she could break my water b/c there was no progress what so ever. So i layed in bed waiting for her (i was really relaxed my contractions were going down and i was very comfortable) and was talking to matt, matts mom and my mom when i felt a pop and liquid gush. I called the nurse and she said it did`nt lok like it. But right after that i felt EXTREMLY hard contractions where i was in so much pain. I was crying they were so bad so the nurse came in and checked me and sure enough i was dripping and it was my water and i was fully dialiated. I was begging for an epidural but it was way to late. She made me start pushing but i told her i couldent b/c it hurt SO BAD. Shes like you have to so she found a method where i was pulling on a sheet w/ everycontraction. OMG it was so bad i was like `im going to poop` and shes like `no its the baby` So i was sweating up a storm and thinking this is going to be impossible. My doctor came in at the last little but and thatswhen the stretching began. I was dying but i had to push b/c they were like shes comming out the more you push the sooner it will be. So i gave a bunch of good pushes and out she poped! I didnt have to get an episiotomy (i was so lucky) but my labia did tare but it didnt hurt bad just stung. I was in labor (the real bad labor) for only an hour! I started pushing and 15 min later out she poped. I got really lucky that my labor went so quick. Im so glad its over, but of corse its all worth it in the end to see your beautiful baby enter this world! She had a little meconium but they cleaned her out. And to any women out there who want to do it natural like i did I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT, but as i think of it if i could do it you could probally to. Yeah it hurts like no other pain ever but once she was out the pain was gone 100% the placenta was really easy to deliver and there not that gross looking.
