Friday 25 April ha my membranes swept. Doctor told me if nothing happens until Monday he was going to induce me. woke up Monday morning and had some bloody show and some mild pain between the legs. After 30 mins I started getting contractions 3 mins apart lasting 45 secs.Called the doctor and he said you are not in labor since you can still talk through them.By 7:30 am they were getting painful. He called again at 8am and he told me to go in the hospital cause they weere really REALLY painful!! Got to the hospital screaming on the way in the car. I asked for the epidural I was 4 to 5 cm dilated.My water broke during one strong contraction. They gave me the epidural at 9:15am I was dilated 9cm. They told me I might still feel the contractions and pain while pushing since I was ready to push and the epi didint have time to start wroking. At 9:39am he was born after 3 mins of pushing! He was so big everyone thought I wasnt going to do it! Doctor told me that he doesnt remember when it was the last time that he saw a fast birth like that!
