`s birthstory

My water breaking was the first sign of labor. It broke at 7:00 am 9/19 and my son was born at 12:29 on 9/20. I must say that things did not get too bad until about 8:00 that night on the nineteenth. I labored mostly at my and my moms house because I did not want to be confined and doped up at the hospital...My husband and fam were very supportive. My sisters walked around the block with me repeatedly and my husband was there to hold me up later when contractions began to come one on top of the other! I labored primarily in the water once I arrived at the hopital and then gave birth on the bed. I did not have an epidural although I did have a mild pain killer through my IV that took the edge off when I was pushing him out. All in all it was a memorable experince and I LOVEEEEE my little one so much! I do not think that I would do it again without an epi though! lol

Minah`s birthstory

Well thank GOD she is here and it is over! She was a big girl and pushing her out took a lot of effort. We are considering one more in a few years, hopefully by then the memory will have faded. lol
