my water broke early mornin on feb 10th in my sleep. i thought i kept peeing on myself so i just kept changing. hours later i squatted and stuff gushed out and then i knew it was my water. called my dh, washed some clothes, got things ready and went to the hospital. they gave me cervadil to thin out my cervix. i was contracting ever 2-3 minutes on my own but not making any progress so they started pitocin. hours go by n still zero progress. they kept doubling my pitocin. finally after 26 hours of excruciating labor my mother threw a fit and they gave me my epidural. (i was begging for it but my mw wouldnt order it for some atupid reason) i had my dd just 2 hrs later. pushed her out in 3 pushes and did not tear!!
