Rio Grace Sex: girl Born: 12 January, 2010 Age: 2 years & 33 days Birthday in: 332 days Starsign: Capricorn Development: See the 25 months page. Biggest achievement so far: I`m a walker now!!! I have 8 teeth and am working on #9. I can eat what every one else eats, no more baby food. I can drink from a cup now. I sleep thru the night and have 1-2 naps a day. I hand my mommmy, daddy, and brother things when they say`TaTa` I say mama, dada, yeah, that(for whats that), ta(for Ty), papa, me, up and I baa when I point to sheep pics, moo when I point to cows and ehehe when I point to horses. I love to shake my head no. I smile and laugh all day almost constantly.

Rio-Grace-`s birthstory

I went in on Jan. 12th at 7 am. The nurses got me changed, in a bed and IV started. My Dr. showed up at 7:30 am and broke my water and started a pitocin drip. Things happened very quickly I was already 3-4 cm dilated when I got to the hospital then for 2 hrs I was 5-6. I started feeling major major pressure at 10:30 so they checked me and I was still 6 cm. At this point my contractions are 1 min apart. At 10:48 I can`t help but push during contractions. My Dr checks me and I am fully dilated already and Rio is on her way out. I push 5 times and I finally have my baby girl. I still can not get over how quickly it all was. I am so lucky. 3.5 hrs from start to finish. No pain meds at all. As soon as it was done I was instantly relieved of my pelvic pain that I have had for the past 2.5 months. I stayed in the hospital over night and was released the next morning at 8 am.
