Our induction for a vaginal birth was scheduled for 8am.I worried all night long. I got an epidural asap because of my cerclage.(I dialated to 4 as soon as it came out) Then here comes the pitocin drip.Unfortunately I had to get a 2nd epidural because after about 9 hours it didn`t work.Horrible Horrible labor contractions! My contractions were coming 2 fast(every minute) but I was stuck on 6 cin.they cut the pitocin down.The second epidural worked for 10-15 minutes.Then I accepted that I would deliver w/o medicine,but her heart rate increased.This means C-SECTION time! I said cool,anything to have a healthy baby.Now it`s about7:30pm and my contractions were unbelievable,especially in the back.They rushed me to surgery and the spinal wouldn`t take! NOTHING would take! I felt every test cut,pinch,I could still wiggle my toes also.I was crying and screaming and I actually thought I was going to die!I was begging for my husband.They finally told me I had to get a general anesthesia and would miss the birth of my daughter.I have a beautiful baby girl now and I would do it all over again.
