Jeffrey-Richard`s birthstory

My water broke on Sunday at 9:30pm. We arrived at the hospital and they put me on the machines. I was only 1-2 cm dilated so I just rested. By 3 cm I was feeling uncomfortable so I asked to go into the jacuzzi tub. I relaxed in the tub and went from 3cm to 8cm. They got me out of the tub and got a reading on the baby. He was doing well so I asked to get back in the tub. By this time the pain was unbearable so I asked for the epidural. They got be out of the tub and hooked me up and got me ready. We waited and waited for the DR. Finally, the DR came and they had me sit up and tried to get the neddle in my back. I kept telling them no I have to push I cannot sit, they were trying to hold me down. I kept saying NO! So, the nurse checked me and sure enought next thing I knew DRS and nurses were running around and I had the nurse telling me to push. 4 pushes later my beautiful little man came into this world. Everyone was amazed at how fast he made his entrance! He is beautiful!
