PENDING`s birthstory

Hello everyone . iknow its kinda too late to inform everyone now but we had our little angel on Aug 3! Never really expected her to come that early. But it was good timing as i had just started my maternity leave from Aug 2 onwards and now i am spending my whole 10 weeks with her.
I was actually out with my husband to the temple that morning on Aug 3 (around 11am)when i started to have the 1st contraction. I wasn`t sure it was it. It felt like period cramp but just more stronger. Then i found spotting when i went to the toilet. I called my elder and younger sis to check with them (they already have kids) and they told me to time my contractions and go to the hospital when they are like 5-7 mins apart. At first they were around 20 mins apart. At around 4pm, the contractions were 7 mins apart and quite strong. I had a quick shower and headed for the hospital. I was just 2 fingers dilated until 11pm (that`s not even 1-2cm). But since the contractions were so close (10-15 secs apart), they took me to the labor room as the nurse said i may dilate direct to 10 and may not go thru the 1-9 phase. Now all i can remember was that each contraction was like dead pain but i cannot really explain the pain now! The pain was so much that I did not even know what time i started pushing and how many pushes i made but she was finally here at 3:39am.
