Kyle is my first born. We found out when we were just three weeks pregnant, that we were having a baby!

He was an induced baby with the help of pitocin.. and a medicated FREE birth and it was so relaxing. People thought I would chicken out. I knew what I wanted and was sticking with it. If the pain is the first thing on your mind when in labor.. Its gunna hurt. But breathing and finding other ways to cope is what helped me. I would encourage every mother to have at least one medicated FREE birth. It's amazing how much pain we can go through. We are truely troopers!

The day that Kyle was born, I was having constant contractions. Went to the hospital and my Midwife sent me home stating to come back the next morning for induction. I was excited, but now thinking back, I wish I had went to at least 42 weeks before getting induced. Anyhow, went in that morning. got hooked up to the monitiors. They had to put an IV in me for antibiotics due to having GBS. At 1pm they stated pitocin and at 4 pm broke my water. At 1045 pm I insisted my midwife come in as I knew my son would be here any minute. Well, needless to say I had to wait 50 minutes. They told me to hold my son in and to breathe through them hard contractions that made my body push. I couldn't help but push! I mean come on!!

Well 1035 pm my midwife finally came in and I was finally able to push, in a matter of ten minutes my son was born!
