Mea-Isabel-Rose`s birthstory

Ok...so I went to the doc on Monday the 16th, got an u/s then he told me he wanted me to go to the hospital right away because the fluid was low...so we got to the hospital at about 8 pm and I was given cervadil at about 10...the medicine takes about 12 hours to work so at 10 the next morning another doc came and took it out...then they started the pitocin...I thought I could prepare myself for what contractions might feel like but hell no...it was definetly the worst pain I`ve ever felt in my life...so I tried to take it like a trooper and I said I`m gonna get a epidural at 5 centimeters...mind you when they started the pitocin I was 1...so 5 hours went by of moaning, groaning, standing, swaying, sitting, rocking...and finally I said I want an epidural now...I was 4 centimeters...at 3 pm the doc came with the pain meds and thank goodness for modern day medicine because the pain went away almost instantly...for those of you that labor naturally, you are my heros...the strongest women in the world...so by 2 am on June 18th, another doc came in and checked me and I was 6 centimeters...then she told me, `I think it`s time...` I said ok and my little Mea was out at 2:18 am...strong, healthy, and beautiful :D
