Willow-Grace`s birthstory

Two days before our RCS was planned, I woke up to mild contractions, but they were regular, and getting out of bed made them worse! Dr had me come in to hydrate me to make sure it wasn`t a UTI or false labor, and once they started fluids I actually went into active very painful labor and dilated further. So off to RCS two days early! Now she came out climbing and crying and great apgars, 8 and 9, but in nursery they didn`t like how she blue`d up when she cried and was jittery, her oxygen sats would drop to 80%, well below norm. So now she`s in NICU on a CPAP, feeding tube, cardiac and breathing monitor, IV with antibiotics and sugar water, since she won`t eat. Yeah, she won`t eat... She looks great to me, once I finally got up an hour before they usually get you up at least, so I could go see her! I have yet to hold her and she`s nearly 10 hours old. I sent b/f home to sleep tonight since she won`t be rooming in tonight, we might as well sleep. I am doing really well with my pain relief, so I think I`ll be fine physically, and doc ordered me a regular diet so YAY! I just pooted so I`ll prob be on solids by morning and have a real breakfast!!! Just looking at the bright sides!
