Hailey Sex: girl Born: 20 July, 2007 Age: 1 years & 7 days Birthday in: 358 days Starsign: Cancer Development: See the 12 months page. Biggest achievement so far: Just lost my cord stump and rolled on my side all by myself!!! Sucking on my bottom lip and batting and grabing my toys. Rolling all over the crib and saying a mix of words..yes, words. Grabbing and holding my bottle and sitting up on my own for half a minute.

Hi!! My name is Hailey. I'm 22 days old today and i was born on July 29, 2007. I weighed 9.12 then and i weigh 9.14 as of last fri. My mommie had me via c-section and when I came out i made sure she knew who I was. (I screamed pretty loud and the suction shot out of the nurse's hand so mommie's blood went all over the back wall.) I currently like mommie's milk and the Similac she gives me as a supplement. I can coo, make all sorts of vaired noises and grunt and snort. I can roll over on my side, i drool a LOT, and my hair is turing red like mommies. I am trying to smile now (gas smile only) and am ready to take on this big new world. I just lost my CORD stump!!! Thank heavens cus mommie was getting tired of looking at it :) I can now wear my cute lil shirts that would have rubbed against it :)

Well, i threw up a lot today cus of my reflux and mommy had to give me my first official bath!!! I loved the water cept for the chills and if i could have swam in it, i prolly would have. That's gonna have to wait til next summer. :( Now that i smell all nice i think i'll go dirty my diaper for mommy. :o

Yesterday i turned 1 month or 4 weeks (unofficially my 1st month birthday). Today daddy was tickling me and i smiled!! I finally figured out how to move my mouth in a smile when someone tickles me!! I smiled about 6 times in a row and now i can do it on a whim. :) Also, when mommie was burping me i let out a burp sooo big that my daddy heard me in the next room!! Mommie thought i was gonna throw up but that cereal she puts in my formula/milk is sooo good i can't throw it up!! I can't wait for someone to come tickle me now!!

Yesterday was my 1 month doctor's visit and i am now 10 lbs. 12 ozs. :) I am exactly 1 lb. heavier then my birth weight!! I also gained 1 inch around my head and 2 and 1/4 inches in height!! YAYYY!! I'm on zantac right now which will hopefully help out with my reflux. I'm about to eat so i'll b back on later:) I can smile now a lil and i laughed for the first time. i am grabbing and holding onto mommie's hair all the time and rolling on my side a lot.

Well, today i threw up again :( But it was prolly cus my daddy put me in my chair shortly after feeding me. I also figured out that i really love it when mommie takes me outside. I have developed a fondness for life outdoors already!! I can make these weird sounds now, mommie says that i'm starting to sound like an adult now. :P I can say gaaa and naaaa. 5 weeks and 2 days today :)

WOW!! Mommie and daddy took me to grammy's house for Labor Day weekend and I had a BLAST!! Grammy bought me some new awesome toys that i am GRABBING at! I smiled a whole lot and almost bonked myself on the head with one of the new rattle looking toys :). I can hold my head up for a moment now and i just LOVE to be snuggled.

I SMILED!!! Not the gasy smile...the REAL SMILE!!! I smiled at mom for 30 minutes everytime she tickled me!! I smiled at daddy when he googooed at me. I can sssmmmiillleee yayyyyy!!!

Well, we had a long day today :) First, we went to the doc cus Mommie thought i had blood in my diapers...turns out that i just pee different colors :P It's ok and i'm ok. No blood at all :) Then Mommie took me to grandma's house and i played with grandma for a while. She ate some big girl food and we came back to the house. I slept most of the day so at 11:30 i was still up. I decided that I might as well get some food in my belly, so i made mommie feed me. She put me in this big chair thing and straped me down and i swore i was getting shots!! I kicked and paniced for a moment then she sat down and daddy got the camera in my face and she shoved some green thing in my mouth. And i had my first dose of real food. Well, i already have cereal, but Mommie wanted to give me the real deal. :) I had my first big girl food today and mommie is soooooo proud :)

Well, Mommie did something very mean to me and let my doctor put shots in my legs!! SHOTS!! and 4 to boot! I wah wahhed for a bit then went right to sleep thanks to that medicine stuff she gave me before hand. Now, one of my shot sites is red and kinda puffy and mommie is watching it closely. I weigh 15 lbs. and 15.5 ounces. They should have just told mommie i weigh 16 lbs. :) I am 75% for weight. I am 26.5 inches long too!! I am 98% for height. My head is 17 inches. I am proportionate to my body and growing like a weed! Well, I get a half to a full jar of bananas every morning and evening and tomorrow for Thanksgiving i'm gonna try PEAS!! So exciting! I smile instead of eating my food from my spoon though :) I have to have my bottle before my solids cus if i don't i will gnaw on the nipple like i would a spoon and not get as much to drink. Although, mommie laughs sooo long and hard when i do that. Because of those shots i got, i cry a bit more now at night and i am TEETHING too. Mommie loves how i can sit up on my own for a good 30 seconds now. She tries to get me to stand up against the couch like my 4 month old friend, Alexis. I got to hang out with her and she held my little hand. :) Mommie thought it was adorable. Let's see, I can say mom, ma, da, ball, boo, ca, moo, agooo, gooo, goooooooddd, and a mix of slurrish words. My developmental lady is amazed at my speech and says i'm talking like a 9 month old is supposed too. I know i'm gonna be a big mouth like mommie :) Well, i think i got everything out, and i just filled my pants, so i'm gonna go for now, but HAPPY THANKSGIVING to everyone!!!

Hi everyone!!! Well, i'm 6 months old as of the 20th!! I currently weigh 18.2 lbs. and am 28.5 inches tall. I hav ea tiny belly, and cute thunderthighs :) I love throwing my keys across the room, whacking any toy against anything to get noise, putting anything i can reach in my mouth, playing with my keys and bathtime!! Mommie bought me some bath toys and i LOVE kicking things. I tend to use my feet along with my hands and mommie calls me a monkey :) I love grabbing at tiny things, like the tags on my toys and zippers/buttons on clothes. I can sit perfectly with no troubles and am starting to pull myself up :) if you attach me to the couch, i can stand for a few seconds by myself. I can hold my own bottle, i love my sippy cup, and i eat all 2nd foods :P I'm even eating 3rd apples with cinnamon yum! Mommie said something about bitter biscuits?? doesn't sound too appealing. lol. I am getting too long for my bouncy seat and i use my jumparoo on a 3x a day basis now. I love jumping!! I can scoot backwards in a walker with wheels around the house and i can both army crawl, and roll around on the floor. <3. I haven't talked to much lately cus i'm too busy figuring out stuff. Mommie is teaching me a b c shapes :) I think that's it!!! Happy 6 month to all my friends!!!

I gave him up for adoption after birth. Haven't seen him in person and won't til he's ready, but i do send/recieve pics. He is my little angel and carbon copy of me. I love and miss him everyday.
