!1:00 PM:After having some `get me out` sex, i noticed i kept getting a cramping feeling in my lower belly that kept coming and going. I thought ` this could be it` but i still wasn`t sure so i didnt pay it too much mind. after about 45 mins of the same repetative feeling i figured these had to be contractions. I told Anthony we needed to start timing them and realized they were coming 7 mins apart. My doctor told me not to call until they were 5 mins apart but i was still anxious. I decided to get my bag and put it in the car just to be ready even though i wasnt in any pain. I had Anthony drop me off at the salon my sister works at and told him just to be ready... ..I was gonna just hang out a bit and try to walk out the contractions...Around 3 i decided to call the Dr ant they told me to go ahead to the hospital since i was still having contractions. Around 4 i arrived at the hospital and they told me i was 4 cm dialated. I couldnt blieve it because i wasnt having any pain! the Dr told me i could go ahead a get my epidural whenever i was ready, but i really wasn`t feeling anything! @ 5cm they went ahead and broke my water...which by the way was the most disgusting feeling ever!!! (i wont even describe) About and hour later i began to feel my contractions finally and asked for my Epidural which didnt even hurt. After getting it, i noticed i was still feeling the contractions pretty badly so they ended up giving me an extra dose of pain meds....finally I felt relief!! My legs, butt, and feet were all numb and i felt high...LOL...All of my family was in the room, some friends even, and i was just acting as if nothing was going on. At about 10pm my midwife checked me and told me i was at 7 to 8 and we should be having a baby around 2 or 3 that morning. I said great and continued chatting with all my fam and friends. At 11:50 Pm she came in again and said you`re fully dialated! i said huh?? She said yep, on the next contraction i want you to push! I was shocked/scared/suprised/and nervous all in one! Around 12 I started to push and After about 3 pushes my baby girl came into the world!! Aubrey Laniya Lindsay was born @12:12 am on 5/10/2008...Literally the best feeling in the world!!!!!!! I didnt feel an ounce of pain and didnt receive any tearing...Labor was a peice of cake!!!!!! I have been told i definately was a lucky one....
