Audree`s birthstory

I went to bed Sunday night and it was like any other normal night. We had been at my inlaws that night to celebrate my brother in laws birthday then came home and went to bed to get ready for another work week. My husband had been working 3 am to 3 pm for a week at work while someone was on vacation. He woke up @ 2:30 and left for work. At 3:15 I got up to use the bathroom when I noticed something was wrong. I had heavy bleeding coming out of me everywhere. I FREAKED out and called my husband to come and get me. .I called the on call Dr and he said to come in sounds like im in preterm labor. Once we got there, i was admitted, got ivs, and hooked up to monitors. Audree and I were fine for the time being. Ultrasound technician came in, looked at things and left. Well.... she came back for another look. I immediatley said what is wrong? She said well you are a placenta abrutpion but ive never seen this type before, it was down by Audree`s head. The Dr came in, examed me, i was not dilated yet and only a fingertip then. They said usually at this point they would induce labor, but with the type of abrutpion I was having I had to have an emergecy c-section. I was wheeled back to the OR immediatley and 5 min later there was our angel. She was put in the NICU of course because she was only 32 weeks. Her lungs were not mature enough for her to breath on her own so she was put on a ventilator. 5 days later she was taken off that and put on a cpap. The cpap only lasted 1 day then we were on to nasal cannuals with oxygen which didn`t even last 24 hours. She is just hanging out and we take it day by day
