Josephine`s birthstory

Well I went to be induced on Wed sept 5th at 7:30 pm. They started on inserting a pill 3 times four hours apart. I started getting small contractions with the second and third dose and got pain relief both times. At 9 am the following morning the dr broke my water at 2 cm that`s when i started feeling the contractions. 2 hours at 3 cm The dr recommended I should get an epidural because it would get me to dialate faster, so I did, I really didn`t feel anything after that. Around 6 pm I was already 9 cm dialated. 1/2 hour later we tried pushing for about 15 min but no luck because baby was still high. So they increased the pitocin. An hour later we tried pushing again but no luck. So again they increased the pitocin. This time I started feeling the contractions. So 1/2 an hour later the dr came and after about 20 or 15 min of pushing my precious baby girl was born. I`m so lucky and blessed that everything came out okay. I went in expecting the worst because of all the bad stories I have heard about getting induced. After I only had little cramps little soar here and there but I didn`t even need pain relief after.
