I really wish I could stay home with my little guy, but we really can't afford that. I have to work or else we wouldn't pay all of our bills, I look forward to any time I can spend with him and I remind him that when the new baby comes, mommy will have a lot of time to spend with both of them, and that he can help me with the baby, by teaching the baby how to walk, and ride a bike, and eat, and all sorts of things, he is very excited about having a younger sibling. :)

Felicity-Rose`s birthstory
It was the morning of April 22nd, I was having trouble sleeping couldn`t sleep as usual with being pregnant. At around 1 in the morning I started getting contractions, mild to medium ones that were set at about 10 minutes apart, I woke up my husband after about 3 of them, and he said to try to get some sleep and see if they continue. I then started getting them at 7 minutes apart, which then jumped to 4 minutes apart, so I called my doctor and this was at about 3 in the morning by then, they told me to come to the hospital, so I woke everyone up except my son, and we brought all of the stuff to the hospital. My last doctor`s visit 4 days prior had me at 1 cm dialated, 50 % effaced, and -1 dropped. When they checked me at the hospital they had me at 2 cm and 80% effaced at -1. At that point the contractions slowed to about 7 minutes apart and they said that we will see if you are a keeper, they told me to walk around for an hour and see if I can get my contractions to get any stronger. My mom was there and my husband. My dad was with my son while he was asleep at home, and Johnny`s Aunt was on her way to the hospital from her house which was about an hour away. Then my mom switched with Aunt Joan when she got there because my mom can`t stand for extended periods of time. The contractions were painful, but tolerable, worse when I sat down, lighter when I was up walking around. I came back after an hour and they told me to walk around for another hour, still with no sleep I was getting exhausted. It was around 4 in the morning then, and they said that they may give me the choice to stay and have my water broken, or send me home to come back later. I continued walking and when the checked my dialation again, I was at 4-5 cm dialated and 80% effaced. Amazingly side lying seemed to make me progress faster than the other methods. Then they said that I was 6 cm dialated. Aunt Joan had a doctor`s appointment set for her mother in law whom she has been taking care of and has alzheimers which is progressing worse and the appointment couldn`t be missed, that was around 9am so she had to leave, my mom came back in as the second person. They checked me again and I was 8 cm dialated. I was diagnosed with Group B Strep which is something that 1/3 of all women have or something, and they give you antibiotics before you give birth to the baby so the baby doesn`t get sick, it doesn`t really affect the mom, but it can be bad for babies, but with the antibiotics it solves this problem. At 8cms dialated I felt during a contraction something coming down my cervix, but I knew it was too small to be the baby so I said I think my water is coming out, and sure enough, the next contraction broke my water. Then my contractions got extremely more intense, I was having trouble keeping up with my breathing, which my husband was really helpful in working with me with doing calmer slower breathing, because I was breathing way too fast trying to keep up with the contractions, the pain was intense but on the border of tolerable. That was all around 10:00am, after a little while I started feeling a lot of pressure on my butt and a burning in my cervix, the nurse told me to tell her if I feel pressure on my butt, so there it was, I told her, she said she was going to tell the doctor to get prepped, I started feeling uncontrollable urges to push, so I was pushing, my mom said the baby is coming out, get the doctor now, I see the head! The doctor came in right as the head came all the way out and he told me to give it one more push and I did, which was kind of easy because I kept trying to hold back the pushes so I just let them fly, next thing I knew they were putting my beautiful baby girl on my chest, she cried when she came out, but when she was in my arms, she looked up at me, and stopped crying and was just looking at me. We had a moment between us, looking into each other`s eyes, it was one of the best days ever, best moments ever, She was 8lbs 7oz and 191/2 inches long, which was smaller than my first born, Anthony who was 9lbs 6oz 21 inches long. They let me hold her for about 5-10 minutes, I breast fed her. I tore, so the doctor was stitching me, which hurt a lot, I tore with Anthony, but that didn`t hurt when they were stitching me. The doctor pulled out the placenta, which I didn`t get to see last time, but that thing is really gross, lol. Oh yes, and this time, Johnny got to cut the cord, I saw him do it, it was pretty cool. We had 3 finalist names picked out, Felicity Rose, Felicity Elizabeth, and Elizabeth Rose, it took 2 days for us to have a sure name for her, and I love it, we picked Felicity Rose. She is a little angel, and things went very well, she is wonderful and our family feels complete, for now...
