Eva-Samantha-Grace`s birthstory

i got induced at 8 am..they broke my water at noon and then the contractions started....i got an epidural at 4:30...best thing ever.....then at about 7 eva`s heart rate dropped .....and they changed how i was laying........then it went back up but then it did it again and they had to turn of the pitocin and give me oxygen..so so scary......they repostioned me and and they helped.....so then they waited an hour and turned the iv back on again but started really slowly....then at about 11:45 on new years eve they said i was finely 10 cm..so i started pushing......my doc came in and ended up having to cut me and then when she came out she ripped me more......i could feel it but it didn`t hurt......i pushed her out and then they said it was a girl...(we didn`t know)...my hubby made some joke cuz he was sure it was a girl...i of course cried and thought she was so beautiful...then layed her on me and she grapped my fingers right away...of course i was crying......so they cleaned her up and then kevin got to hold her...best sight ever.....and then i got her again......
when i got back to my room it was 3am and i was shaking so bad i sent her to the nursery..that morning about 8am they told me that she turned blue from swallowing the blood and fluid and they had to put a tube down her throat to get her to breath.....i guess she did this twice...only turned blue once...so they sent her to special care.....she stayed in there almost 5 days...i went home with out her but got her the next day......she ended up having acid reflux..so she is only zantac for that and it doing fine...
she is so precious and i am so blessed to have her.....
