Lakelyn-Marie`s birthstory

Well, I didn`t realize my due date was March 17, I thought it was March 16, but after the last ultrasound it had been changed-don`t know where my mind was ot to know that!! So, little Lakelyn was born on her due date-which the doctor said was rare.
I started getting back labor about 3:30am Tuesday morning about 20 mins apart. Finally about 11am my contractions were around 5 mins apart so we headed to the hospital.
About an hour ater getting my epidural, they said I was ready to push. I went from 3-4 centimeters to 8 in an hour. I pushed about 5 times and out she came!! She was the prettiest little girl! Her daddy filmed the birth. My mom, dad, and oldest son got to see her while the nurse measured and weighed her. Of course I was still getting wroked on and cleaned up, but thankfully none of them turned around to see-they all kept their backs to me-which was kind of funny to watch!!
I wasn`t able to eat anything after I gave birth because I was going to get my tube tied. So while everyone else was enjoing the baby and EATING, I had to wait-I was starving!! LOL!
The only soreness I have is the incesion from the tubal and my belly is a little tender from it still. I had to have two stitches from the birth, but thankfully no soreness there.
