Akaash`s birthstory

Monday morning at 11am, I was at work checking mail, when I felt a gush b/w my legs, I was soaked in fluid, my jeans was wet, there was a bucket of fluid, I could not stand because of more fluid leakage. Rushed to doctors office, confirmed it was water breaking then got admitted to the hospital. After laboring for 7 hours, 5 cms dilation 90% effacement, I decided to take the epi, what a life saver!!! Big contractions came, did not feel a thing, it was amazing! Around 9pm, I chaned positions, after that after each contraction, babys heartbeat fell, so my doc said I can go natural, but baby cannot sustain it. So C-setion it was, went to OR at 10:28pm, baby Akaash was here at 10:40pm. He was sooo cute, just 6 lbs 3 ounces and 20.5 inches. We are in loveee! :)
