Rylie`s birthstory

I was induced on aug 27th/08 at 12 in the afternoon everything was goin pretty good had it in my head that it was gonna be a quick labour....boy was i wrong !! i was refusing to have an epidural up until about 9 in the evening when i couldnt handle the pain any longer i was crying it hurt so bad ...finaly i broke down and asked for it....from there on everything went ok ....until about 11:30 when the baby`s heart beat keep dropping they were flipping me all over the bed trying to get her heart rate up ..they called the OR and told them to be on stand by ,they were planning on doin an emergency c-section ....finaly by 12:15 her heart rate was stable ...and i was still feeling no pain:) by 12:40 i was ready to push (still not feeling any pain!!!) and by 12:57 there was my beautiful baby girl!!! I didnt even realize she was out by best friend and fiance were telling me `ok u can stop pushing now the baby`s out` i was very surprised concedering i didnt feel anything!!!! Rylie Jeanette King was born weighing 6lbs1ounce...about an hour after she was born she was taken to neonatel and put under photo therapy lights for 7 days ....that was the hardest thing ever but the hospital let me stay so i could breast feed ....but the only time i take her out from the lights was when she needed to be fed...Rylie will be 2 weeks old tomorrow and she is home now and doin great !
