WOW!!!! I am so blessed. Our son is so beautiful. He entered the world like the hand of God delivered him. Last week I saw my OB doctor on Tuesday I was so glad to see her because the week before she was out of town and I was stressed that she might not be in town when my labor started. So off and on I had been having contractions and then Tuesday when I saw her there was no change!!! I was still at 1cm where I had been for two weeks, and My cervix was still high with no dilation or effacement. I didn`t even have one contraction during my NST, so I was a little disappointed but happy that my sweet baby was doing good, the only thing I was concerned about was that even though he did turn into the correct head down position he was sunny side up which is not the ideal position for a birth. So My doctor tells me the no exercise order is lifted that she had in place since my 23week bleeding and that I should walk walk walk. My husband kids and I went to our local mall and walked it 5 times around on Tues then on Wed I was sore so we didn`t walk very much. Thursday morning I woke up and went to the restroom where I saw bloody show. It was just like c/m with streaks of blood or like pink tinged. I was so excited I woke my husband up and told him we are progressing. Later that mid morning I started to have contractions but they were not regular so I washed clothes ran errands and continued on with my day. At about 8 to 9pm the contractions were coming every 20 to 30 min stronger so I figured I would not be going anywhere for a while. We decided to get ready for bed so I showered and then my contractions stopped all together. I thought I guess I `m getting closer but I must have had false labor. I decided to lay down and watch a movie with my husband and oldest daughter. At 10 pm they started again and quickly moved from 20 min give or take to 7min my husband phoned my doctor who said go to the hospital now. We dressed and headed out while out oldest daughter got the other children together and picked up the grandmothers. On the way to the hospital all I could tell my husband to do was to pray and boy he did he, he started praying for a safe quick and speedy labor and delivery and as he was praying I was thinking stop the car and call 911 cause we are not going to make it. I could not say this to my husband cause I knew my husband was already focused on getting there speedily and I didn`t want to threw him into a tail spin so I prayed for God to hold the baby in till we made it to the hospital. Boy it was ify I felt the urge to push half the way to the hospital and once we made it we weren`t in there 5mins and I was telling them the baby was coming. I can`t believe how programmed some people are. There is a lady that you have to stop and see if it is after hours and so we stopped and told her the baby was comining she started asking questions like whats your social security number your phone address I said I`m sorry I can`t answer all that. My husband said get her to labor and delivery now. So she did and as soon as I got to the triage room I almost hit the floor I started praying and so did the nurse. my husband got me on the gernie and she checked me her mouth fell open she started yelling for help she said Oh my she`s complete with a station 2+ and here come to other nurses one on the phone with my doctor and they grabbed the gernie along with my husband and began to run me down the hall trying to make it to a delivery room yelling don`t push don`t push. Well let me tell you I didn`t push but my body literally did and out came my baby right in the hall way of the hospital I didn`t push once. Just as he was coming out they turned a corner and the nurse picked him up off the gernie and then a doctor came running in and then they began to check on the baby and on me. It was the most amazing thing I have ever exprienced. It was like a movie I was in labor for 2hr and 57 mins Our son came out screaming loud and healthy I only had a small tear and when my doctor got there she repaired that. A little while after that the kids and grandmothers arrived looking like what happened and We are now home after being in the hospital until Sunday.
