Olivia`s birthstory

Our Baby is here:) I was scheduled for a C-section this coming Friday (1 week prior to my due date of July 18th). Well, at 3:40 am this past Sat morning, July 5th, I got up to go to the bathroom. As I was walking back to bed, I felt something trickling down my leg, I just assumed it was pee. After cleaning up I laid back down to go back to sleep and a minute or so later, I realized that it was all over the bed and I knew that my water had broken. I thought that I had read somewhere that the fluid would replenish itself. I didn`t believe that she could be here almost 2 weeks early. I put a towel down on the bed and tried to go back to sleep (dumb me). My partner woke up and I told her that my water had broke and she told me to call the hospital. They told me to come in. I figured I would take a shower first. As I was washing my hair, my contractions started. By the time we got to the hospital at 4:40, the contractions were happening every 5 minutes. They called my Dr and I was given an epidural at about 7:30 and OLIVIA was delivered via C-Section at 7:49 am. I`m in love!!! We stayed 2 days in the hospital and are now taking it easy at home.
