Jack-Matthew`s birthstory

Hi all, Just wanted to let you know that I had my baby on wednesday! I was induced on tuesday at 5 pm. They checked my 1st and to my luck I was already 2cm and 50 percent efaced! They started with the pills that they put up inside you for 3 hours at a time. The first one did not do much I stayed the same and they put another one in and boy that started the contractions. Notclose but hardish! They waited till the am to decide what to do b/c I was having a gallbladder attack. I stopped contrating by the am. So they decied to put another pill in and the contractions atarted again..About 11 I started having another gallbladder attack and on top of contrations I could not do it at 2 they checked me and I was 4 cm and 75 percent efaced. It was horrible. The doctor broke my water started my pitocin. To get the contractions stronger! I got my epi 1/2 hour later. ( get one they are great)
I was still at a 4 and 80percent at 5:30 and they upped the pitocin and by 6 I was 6cm and almost completly efaced. I started bleed really bad at 6:30 and They checked me again I was 9 1/2 cm and good to go. I stared push and at 7:08 Jack came in to the world weighing 5 pound and 6 ounces. He is doing great other then some jaudice issues but they let us go home.we have to have his levels checked agin in the am. He is a good baby!
